Late checkout may be available until 3 PM for $50/hour when the schedule allows — just ask! We are very happy to be dog friendly! Please note that our neighbors have dogs as well and you might hear them during your stay. We kindly request that you use the provided dog crate whenever your pet is left unattended at the property. We have two Ring floodlight cameras on the front and side of the main house facing the road and driveway. They are not actively monitored, but used retrospectively if there is an incident. There are no cameras or audio recording devices inside. No 3rd party bookings per Aibnb policy. The person booking must be the person staying. Starter kit provided: coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner We are not responsible for any items left behind. Amenity Policy (hot tub, cowboy pool, bikes, etc.): Guests may use these amenities at their own risk. The cowboy pool is a seasonal amenity and is not grounds for refunds if unavailable outside the advertised season. Please supervise children at all times and follow any posted rules or guidelines. The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or misuse. Guests concerns and resolution policy: we want your stay to be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. If concerns arise during your visit: please notify us in writing via Airbnb messaging within 24-hours of discovery and before departure. This allows us the opportunity to properly document and address the issue in a timely manner. If we are not given the chance the resolve a concern during your stay, we will be unable to consider refund requests after departure. We are committed to providing a great experience!
